  • Mailing may delay payment due to processing time and the inability to control legibility.
  • The inability to read paperwork that has been submitted is the major cause of delays. Before submitting any paperwork please review it to verify everything is clear and easy to read.
  • Once we have received your complete & legible paperwork which includes but may not be limited to the following depending on customer requirements: All pages of the bills of lading, packing lists, lumper receipts, scale tickets, and carrier invoice. Meadow Lark will release your payment based on the terms you have agreed to. Whether that be quickpay or standard pay.
  • No payments will be released on Saturday, Sunday or National Bank Holiday.
  • Keep in mind that if you have chosen direct deposit Meadow Lark is ONLY responsible for the release date. The release date is the day we notify the bank to release the funds. Not the day you may receive payment. Each bank has its own processing procedure as to when the funds will become available in your account.
